How long is delivery?

Each product is made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery. (But it could be sooner!)

I need something NOW - Can I pay extra for priority?

Depending on your requirements, we may be able to offer a faster service for an additional ‘speedy-fee’ - Please get in touch at hello@spotlightshop.co.uk and we’ll send you a quote!

What if something goes wrong?

While we ensure every order is packaged and shipped with care, we understand accidents happen. Please contact us at hello@spotlightshop.co.uk and we’ll be in touch with next steps to resolve the issue.

Who will be delivering my parcel?

Hopefully a very polite human who didn’t wake you up by knocking at 7am.

(We’ll send tracking information once your order has been dispatched so you can see who will be delivering and when!)
