Faulty Products
In the event that a customer expresses that a Product is faulty, the Company will request photo evidence and may accept a return to the below address for a refund. The Customer must ensure that the original faulty Product is returned within thirty (30) days to be eligible for a refund. Please note the Company is not obliged to return the Shipping and Handling paid by the Registered User.
You MUST at least provide photographic evidence of the product for an investigation to take place.
Incorrect Products
The Company or its delivery partners may, in very rare situations, send an incorrect Product to a Customer. To ensure that the mistake is remedied as quickly and as smoothly as possible, it is vital in these situations that the Customer contacts the Company at hello@spotlightshop.co.uk. The Company will then be able to suggest the best place for the Customer to return the item to. A return code will be given to the customer which will make them eligible for a full refund for the incorrect product. The Customer must return the incorrect Product immediately and within seven (7) days of reporting the issue to the Company.
If the Customer does not return the incorrect Product within thirty (30) days, a refund will not be provided.

Returning Products
We do not accept the return of any product that is not found to be faulty/incorrect or that does not have a return code.
Returns are accepted only once an investigation has been concluded and a refund agreed by a member of Spotlight Shop.
Returns without a return code (Provided at time of investigation conclusion) will not be eligible for a refund.
Best Estimate Delivery Times
All delivery times given on the Web Site are estimates. All information regarding delivery time is non-binding. This does affect the Company’s obligation to deliver Products. The Company works with trusted delivery partners to ensure the best possible service. If the customer doesn’t receive the product/s in 30 days, he should contact the Company for a clarification.

Please note that your order will become a legally binding contract entered in between us upon despatch of your order.

Spotlight Shop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Spotlight Shop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over £1000.00 (Inc. VAT) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
The contract between you and Spotlight Shop will be completed on the despatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. The sale contract is therefore completed in England and is subject to English law.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Once you submit an order, we will freshly make the product for you. You can cancel your order at any stage until dispatch. If you would like to request the cancellation of an order, please email us as soon as possible to hello@spotlightshop.co.uk. Please inform us of any cancellation at the earliest opportunity.
Refusal of transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the spotlightshop.co.uk website, whether or not that product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
